Library 1.7 Technical Support
& Updates Policy

    1.  Three Months (Free)
    • Purchase of the program includes a 90-day Technical Support & Updates Policy with the same privileges as defined below for the annual policy.


    2.  Annual Policy (Prepaid)
    • You may purchase the annual Technical Support & Updates plan for $90 (see Order Form).
    • This annual prepaid plan provides for the following benefits one year after the 90-day free support expires:
      • Phone and email support as needed.
      • Updates, (as released) of new Library 1.7 features and improvements.  Note:  These updates are only available under the technical support policy.
        • Downloadable via email link (best way!)
        • CD (includes Java) for those with no or slow Internet access ($35 additonal for materials, shipping, and handling).
      • Internet Backup of Library 1.7 database to CROSS servers.  Note:  This feature is only available under a valid technical support policy.


    3.  Per incident Policy (Billed)
    • After the 90-day free support expiration, technical  support or services will be billed at $50 for up to one hour and $35 for each additional hour if the annual technical policy has not been purchased.
