If you currently use CROSS Library from Windows 10 or 11, we can update your existing system without the USB flashdrive mentioned below–just call for support, and we will get your system updated.
If you are using CROSS Library directly on a laptop or desktop (without Windows), you will need a USB 3.0 flashdrive 64GB or larger which we can erase. This flashdrive is used to provide a bootable USB from which to update and reinstall your existing system to Lubuntu 64-bit. We transfer your existing CROSS Library databases and printer configurations in the transition.
