We want to let you know that we have successfully upgraded our web servers and hosting software over the past few weeks in preparation to host our new web-based functions that are in-development! These updates provide us the latest in hosting technology in terms of performance, flexibility, and, most importantly, security! In July 2022 a large number of framework security risks have been mitigated sufficiently to allow us to feel confident using these frameworks safely with your data. We have worked for a long time to provide a solid framework going forward, and we will be announcing new web-based functions soon as a result of all of this investment and effort!
We also are creating additional subscription plans at various price points allowing you to switch plans depending on your specific needs and budget. As these change in our dynamic economy, we are working to help you without need to worry about who can provide for your library’s changing situations.
CROSS Library, CROSS Library Mint, and our new web based subscriptions will provide access to the SAME DATA so you do not need to worry about how to export or import–it’s just done for you! Also, as your cataloging needs change, you will be able to simply switch plans to get more features or lighten the budget upon next renewal term!
We will be texting and emailing everyone as each of these features are ready to use under your existing CROSS Library Subscriptions and as new subscriptions become available!
