Our website has been recently updated, and we are pleased with the improvements. Please note the following:
1. If you have any problem during checkout processing for your renewal, please call us at 1-877-615-7230 and press 1 during the menu for Sales. We can resolve the checkout problem and help update your account as best for your specific situation (ie. contact person, email, phone updates, etc.) Please note #2 below!
2. MANUAL DISCOUNTS: In sign-ups in previous years, we occasionally would work out specific manual discounts for an order. If our system has a manually-entered discount from a previous order, our site CANNOT HANDLE that during your renewal causing your renewal payment to fail. (We must remove and re-enter the discount manually on the order when you call.)
3. SOLUTION: Call us at 1-877-615-7230, press 1 during the menu, and we will remove the manual discount and update your subscription to our customer-loyalty discount program which is calculated for each renewal automatically. This solves the problem for your account.
